Payment is due at the time of service. You may request a detailed invoice from your therapist to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network benefits.
Comprehensive Evaluation of Speech/Language, Voice, Fluency, and/or Cognition
$250
Our evaluations include a 60-90 minute session with comprehensive formal and informal testing to determine the current level of function and identify ares of need. If you are bilingual in Spanish and English, this will include testing in both languages and may take place over two 60-minute sessions. We will review the results of the evaluation together and collaboratively create a treatment plan.
Evaluation of Speech Sound Production Only
$200
In situations where speech sound production abilities are the sole concern, an articulation-only evaluation can be completed. This will include formal and informal testing to determine the current level of function and identify speech sound error patterns. We will review the results of the evaluation together and collaboratively create a treatment plan.
Evaluation of Feeding or Swallowing
$250
We will assess strength, sensation, and range of motion for eating and swallowing, as well as observe you eating a range of textures to evaluate safety and efficiency of your swallow. We will review the results of the evaluation together and collaboratively create a treatment plan.

Our individual treatment sessions are focused on you or your loved one's unique needs and our shared treatment plan. If applicable, caregiver education/coaching will be provided with each session. We provide families with home carryover exercises and activities to maximize progress.
