Brainstorm Therapy Services LLC currently accepts Kaiser, Colorado Medicaid, Medicare Part B, CHP+, and private payment (credit/debit card, HSA/FSA card, or check). If you don't have Medicaid, Medicare, or CHP+, you may be able to be reimbursed by your insurance company for services! See below for more information about Superbills and out-of-network benefits.
This is out of my network. How can I get reimbursed by my insurance company for speech therapy?
If you do not have Kaiser, Medicaid, CHP+, or Medicare, you may wish to pay privately for services. Brainstorm Therapy Services can provide you with a Superbill, which is a detailed invoice that contains all necessary information for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement and/or as credit toward a deductible. If allowable within your plan, your insurance company will then reimburse you directly. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network benefits before beginning therapy.
Good Faith
Estimates
All clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance for therapy services are eligible to receive an estimate of the bill for services. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided prior to initial evaluation and treatment.
